I can access Netflix, YouTube, and X-Play, some apps I opened immediately after the 4.71.05 update I recently received, but none of the other apps can be downloaded, updated, or reinstalled. The customer service representative told me that LG is “aware of the problem” and that “future updates will be posted on LG`s website.” Surprisingly, they haven`t even solved the problem yet, I hope they will solve this problem in the next few hours :/ I have a similar problem. In the end, I totally messed up because now no app works because the user agreement can`t be downloaded. However, I tried to “fix” my problem with a new app by following the online guides and performing a factory reset.

Before I did that, I could at least see the apps I had already loaded. I made things worse by trying a factory reset. I`m in a learning curve with her, and the smart TV scenario is really overwhelming, but unplug it, wait and find your user agreement and accept them! The Netflix marathon is taking place.

Do you use my phone as an access point? Come on? Lg is supposed to be the best and this is something that someone must have understood as an option? Very disappointed that my new TV wasn`t smart, and that I was too stupid to know how to accept a user contract, made me think that I actually had to hire someone to find out. I did all the options except to change the DNS – it looked too scary, I reset it, went to all the things available. Good luck with all the time wasted looking for an answer, but the one who said to disconnect your TV, everything connected to it and disconnect your router, should be rewarded with a big cash bag. I tried the speed of my internet via the TV browser (it displays about 50mbps). I tried all the solutions in the other forums. Thanks again as the title suggests that I simply can`t do anything other than the browser to work on my brand new lg b9 55 oled TV as it won`t load the user agreement.

I think it was a problem on their side! Everything works now (I checked YouTube, Netflix, only lg Content Store). I tried everything and reset the factory settings and then the user contract. From there, made the latest update and then Netflix would not load without an update, jumped through the tires, could not download.
